Subject: Need to change my company's public email address

My company's website has a customer service email address that is the the format of info@mycompany.com. That email address sends to 3 customer service people. The company's name will soon change and we need to also change the email address. However, I have looked throughout Domino Administrator for this email address but I cannot find it in any of the databases, email accounts, or groups. I also briefly looked in Designer and again found no trace of it.

I am using Notes 6.5 Client and Domino 8.5 on the server. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
